Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Sagar Patagundi Consulting & Keynote Speaking, we aim to provide an excellent experience for every client.

• Consulting Sessions: Please provide at least 10 business days notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for refunds, but fees may be applied toward a future session.

• Keynote & Speaking Engagements: Deposits or fees are refundable if canceled with 10 days notice. Late cancellations may be partially refunded or credited toward a future event.

• Rescheduling: We are happy to accommodate new dates whenever possible, subject to availability.

• Force Majeure: Unforeseen events beyond our control will be handled case by case.
